The City of Banning has a long history to the present day. Banning is a rural city in Riverside County, California. It is located in the San Gorgonio Pass, also known as the “Banning Pass”. It is named for Phineas Banning, stagecoach line owner and the "Father of the Port of Los Angeles."

There are many fun events in Banning that include watching your favorite movie at the Fox Cineplex Theatre, listening to the Battle of the Bands, or having fun at the Carnivals and Rodeos.
One of the more popular events in Banning is Stagecoach Days.The Stagecoach Days start in mid September and feature bull riding, barrel racing, wild west shows, carnival, the junior rodeo and more!

The Historical Old Town feel of Bannning includes many different types of vintage buildings and the Historical Fox Theatre!
